TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Her katılımcı bireysel olarak form doldurmuş olmalıdır.
(Every participant has to fill out the form for themselves.)
2.Lindy Hop Full Pass- Derslerde lead-follow dengesini gozetmemiz gerektiğinden, eşleştirilememiş katılımcılar diğer opsiyonlara yönlendirilecektır. (Solo Jazz Pass, Party Pass)
(Lindy Hop Full Pass – In case the lead/follow balance is not fulfilled, participants will be directed towards other passes.)
3.Katılımcıların doldurdukları REGISTRATION FORM festivale kayitlandiklarinin göstergesi değildir. Gerekli degerlendirmeler yapıldıktan sonra, kaydı gerçekleşen her katılımcı “Registration Confirmation & Payment Details” email i alacaktır. Full Pass Lindy Hop a partnersiz başvurularda, eşleşme yapıldıktan sonra bu mail gönderilir.
(After filling the Registration Form, individuals will receive an e-mail called “Registration Confirmation & Payment Details”. If you registered for Full Pass-Lindy Hop, you get the confirmation mail after partner matching)
4.Tüm katılımcılar başvuruları onaylandıktan sonra 1 hafta içerisinde ödemelerini yapmış olmalıdırlar.
(All participants will have to make the payment in 7 days after the confirmation mail.)
5.Katılımcı başvurusunu iptal etmek isterse,
– Kayitlanma kesinleştikten 1 hafta içinde tüm tutarı iade alabilir.
(In case of cancellation, you can get a 100% refund until 7 days after your payment.)
– 1 haftadan sonra tutarın yarısını iade alabilir.
(You can get 50% back until 15 days after payment.)
-15 günden sonra ise iade alamaz.
(After 15 days we can’t refund any payments)
6.Pass transferi, bilgimiz dahilde olduğu sürece, mümkün. Transfer durumunda, Role, Level aynı olduğunu kabul ederiz.
( You can trasfer your pass. Let us know who you transferring your pass. We consider that the new participant is the same role and level as you)
7.ISF 2023 eğitmenlerin yaşamlarında oluşan değişimlerle ilgili herhangi bir aksama ve iptalde sorumluluk almaz.
(ISF 2023 do not take responsibility for any kind of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of instructors) and their consequences)
8.ISF 2023 festival öncesinde ve süresince programda makul değişiklikler yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
( ISF 2023 reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule before and through the duration of İzmir Swing Dance Festival 2022.)
9.ISF 2023 mümkün olduğunca güvenli bir ortam yaratmak için mümkün olan tüm önlemleri alacak, ancak etkinlik sırasında herhangi bir bulaşı yaşanmaması için katılımcılardan kişisel önlemlerini almalarını bekleyecektir.
( ISF 2023 will take all possible measures to create as safe an environment as possible, but do not take responsibility if someone gets infected during the event. )
10.Katılımcılar ISF 2023 tanıtımlarında kullanılmak üzere fotoğraf ve videolarınin cekilmesine rıza gösterirler.
(Participants give their consent to be photographed and filmed during the event and these to be used by ISF 2023 for promotional purposes.)
